Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create comprehensive hiring plans for bulk positions.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates, including utilizing job boards, social media, and industry networks.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments, including resume screening and phone interviews, to identify top talent.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other pre-employment activities for bulk hiring.
- Conduct job fairs and campus recruitment events to attract potential candidates.
