Post Graduates with Excellent Communication Skills both written and verbal , having experience in and responsible for :
- Technology Hiring
- TA initiatives and process improvements.
- Executing Full Life Cycle right from devising a strategy to prescreening, interviewing, offer negotiation, Reference Checks, onboarding.
- Experience in hiring for high-end/ niche Digital skills including but not limited to Big Data, AI, ML, IOT, Cloud, Cyber Security, AI, data engineer, C#, c++, digital security, cyber security, scrum master.
- Experience in product hiring, event hiring, mass hiring, all levels across functions
- Interacting with Hiring Managers for hiring strategy and advising them on Market Scenario
- Ability to work with multiple Stakeholders both at the Indian and Global level
- Ability to Influence people have convincing ability especially senior level
- Ability to handle fast-paced and Hectic Environment
- Build a strong database/pipelines of potential candidates
- Ability to work in a process-oriented MNC / Organization
- Ability to work on all levels of assignments
- Ability to work on Workday will be a big Plus
- Liaison with external bodies/vendors as and when needed
This is an IC Role , Working remotely at the moment, but candidates should be willing to work in Office as and when the office opens up. The Role needs stable profiles, high on integrity.
