- We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist with 5+ years of diverseexperience in both fields to join our team.
- You will play a critical role in managing the full recruitment life cycle, employee engagement, and operational HR functions, ensuring we attract and retain top talent while cultivating a positive work environment.

What You Will Do:
Talent Acquisition (60%):
- Full-Cycle Recruitment (KEY): Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Vendor Management(KEY): Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality service.
- Sourcing & Pipelining: Use LinkedIn,free job boards, social media, etc. to self source top-tier candidates for multiple roles, including technical and leadership positions.
- Data-Driven Hiring: Leverage recruitment analytics to improve time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and overall recruitment efficiency.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that ensure a diverse talent pipeline and inclusive hiring practices.
Human Resources (40%):
- Culture & Engagement (KEY): Help shape the company's culture through employee engagement initiatives and fostering an inclusive work environment.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the go-to HR professional for employees, handling inquiries and resolving employee relations issues with empathy and discretion.
- HR Operations: Oversee HR processes such as performance management, employee onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, and policy development.
- HRIS Management: Maintain and optimize HR systems to streamline processes and provide real-time analytics.
- Collaborate with the departments to assess training needs, develop talent development programs, and facilitate workshops.
- Performance Management: Support managers in conducting performance reviews, giving constructive feedback, and addressing performance improvement plans.
- Oversee general operations in our Jaipur office and give daily reports to the Reporting Manager
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree/ Post Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in HR and Talent Acquisition, ideally in fast-paced or growing organizations.
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and HR best practices.
- Proficient with HR technology and applicant tracking systems (ATS); experience with HRIS,
- GreytHR is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A proactive approach to come up with initiatives to improve operations.
- Experience in employer branding and creating a positive candidate and employee experience.
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
