Talent Acquisition Specialist
Key Responsibilities and Outcomes :
- Manage the Talent Acquisition function and Recruitment operations including offer roll-out, onboarding, induction etc.
- Mostly hiring for Non- Tech Positions
- Create and publish Talent Acquisition dashboards
- Coordinate with external recruitment partners and drive their performance.
- Check internal and external salary parity for offer fitment and offer proposal
- Build strong, credible relationships with senior leaders, hiring managers, critical stakeholders and partners, operating as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert
- Deploy customised assessment practices/tools for different department/Level, when required
- Facilitate global hiring process along with the HR director
- Track and analyse recruiting metrics to measure ongoing quality of hires, process
- Seek feedback and make continuous improvements to the hiring process
- Manage complete scheduling and logistics of the interview process
- "Roll up your sleeves" and get things done. Execution orientation
Qualifications : Education, Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Behaviour) and Experience :
Minimum Qualifications :
- MBA - Full Time (Specialization in Human Resource)
- Proven ability to use data and metrics to provide effectiveness of the talent acquisition function
- High level of professionalism, personal integrity, and dependability.
- Ability to deliver results and take accountability
- Proven ability to scale technologies including Applicant Tracking Systems to meet business needs
