Job role:
- Responsible to enhance and improvise the Talent Acquisition processes using technology and automation processes in order to attract and select the best-in-class talent.
- Manage and optimize leads received from the Career site and use them effectively to hire incumbents who have applied to the organization
- Contribute effectively to the organization, Talent Acquisition, Referral, and Internal Job watch policies.
- Builds Relationships with Agencies and staffing firms & builds partnerships and manages the procurement and measurement process.
- Develop and implement ideas for improving the talent acquisition process and ensure E-Channel Optimization, identify key sourcing channels, develop and implement creative sourcing strategies, effectively gather research, leveraging relevant social media and employee referrals.
- Plan and manage social media campaigns for employment branding, and build a robust talent pipeline.
