- The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring experienced U. accounting, tax, audit professionals, as well as IT professionals.
- This role requires a deep understanding of the accounting and IT industries and a strong ability to identify and engage with top talent.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in recruitment within the accounting, finance, and IT sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies for accounting, tax, audit, and IT professionals.
- Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific channels to attract talent.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific needs.
- Provide candidates with detailed information about job roles, company culture, and career opportunities.
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle from job posting through to offer and onboarding.
- Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions for U. accounting, tax, audit, and IT sectors.
- Use industry knowledge to provide insights and recommendations on recruitment strategies.
- Evaluate and improve recruitment processes and tools for greater efficiency.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure alignment with hiring goals.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's / master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of recruitment experience with a focus on accounting, tax, audit, and IT roles.
- Proven experience in hiring professionals within the US accounting, finance, and IT markets.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting, tax, audit, and IT professions.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certification in HR (e. , PHR, SHRM-CP).
- Experience with international or global recruitment environments.
