Job Description:
- Coordinating with the stakeholders & understanding the manpower requirements.
- Sourcing the candidates (Naukri, LinkedIn, Consultant partners etc.
- Managing the vendors.
- Maintaining and updating the candidate Database.
- Arranging all the interview rounds.
- Conducting pre-offer formalities & collecting documents.
- Conducting BGV & Reference check.
- Offer discussion & offer letter release.
- Sending post offer documentation link (Onboarding documents)
- Intimidating the HRBP & Center representative about the candidate DO
