Talent Acquisition Specialist - Tech and Non Tech
Looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for an NFT startup. The position is 100% remote and would require the person to support the hiring needs of the organization across the globe.
Responsibilities :
- To be responsible for the recruitment of tech and non-tech associates for the organization across multiple countries
- Develop sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies
- Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological or technical tests etc. within the framework of the position specification)
- Source and find candidates qualified for open positions
- Screen candidate's resume and job applications. Assess applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitude
- Co-ordinate with the interviewers for interview scheduling and feedback
- Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
- Reviews employment applications and background check reports
- Find bottlenecks in the recruiting process
Required :
- 7 - 10 years of work experience in end-to-end recruitments preferably across multiple countries
- Experience of hiring non tech / tech roles like web3, crypto, NFT, product, analytics, HR & Finance
- Excellent communication skills, both written as well as verbal
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office products
- Excellent analytical & time management skills
- An ability to be Self-driven and maintain a positive attitude
- An ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines
