Specialist - Talent Acquisition - Manufacturing Industry

A leading Manufacturing client of ours, having their operations in Ahmedabad is looking for Recruitment Specialists / Senior Recruiters to be based in Ahmedabad office.

This is not a work from home/hybrid role and will require to be in the office 5 days a week.

The role involves the following:

- Responsible for the entire Talent Acquisition life cycle for the organization

- Coaching the search team on how to find high-quality candidates and fill vacant jobs

- Take the initiative in the offer procedure and close the job as needed

- Responsible for the entire onboarding procedure, including introduction, induction, and exit

- Responsible for creating/updating/maintaining all administrative documents, such as hiring letters, regulatory compliance forms, employee masters, and so on, in accordance with the Recruitment process

- A minimum experience of 10-15 years in Recruitment is required. Candidates only from Ahmedabad or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad can write to us for a more detailed JD.
