About you:

- 7+ years of experience in in-house recruitment.

- 7- 8 years for Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field.

- Proven track record in consulting/KPO hiring is a must.

- Strong sourcing and networking capabilities, with a strategic approach to identifying top talent.

- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experienced in managing recruitment MIS and reporting.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication

- Practical experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), i.e. Avature.

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

- Collaborative team player with a customer-first mindset and strong attention to detail.

- We are looking for a dynamic and experienced recruiting specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team and lead the end-to-end recruitment process for lateral hiring. In this role, you will be part of the dynamic Industry hiring team & will be responsible to implement effective sourcing strategies and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.

What you'll do:

- As Individual contributor, manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for lateral hires across multiple functions.

- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies based on role requirements, market trends, and organizational goals.

- Build and maintain a strong network of talent and stay informed about key movements in the industry.

- Engage and influence hiring managers to align recruiting efforts with business needs.

- Source candidates through a variety of channels and ensure a strong pipeline of high-quality resumes.

- Conduct pre-screening interviews and coordinate end-to-end interview logistics.

- Gain deep insights into candidate pools, especially in complex or niche sectors/functions.

- Track key recruitment metrics and maintain dashboards to report hiring progress and performance.

- Provide a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

- Share relevant market intelligence and hiring trends with internal stakeholders.
