We currently are on the lookout for an Talent Acquisition Specialist who can work on various Recruitment and People operations and ensure they're aligned with our business goals. We are seeking candidates with a credible attitude, who are humble, energetic, ambitious, and can thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous environment.

We're looking for a high-energy focused, outgoing person who is technically savvy and is quick on the feet. This position offers a great opportunity for a proactively engaging individual who can work to identify gaps and manage them. Hire quality talents, build solutions for scalable growth. You will have the flexibility to take certain decisions needed to scale a team and quickly drive towards the finish line.

Considering this to be a high impact role, you would have to work with the CEO and Senior Management, which will require you to work as our Customers Schedule, US shift (3 pm to 1 am IST).

Responsibilities:

-Work collaboratively with the management to understand the business requirements and define consistent data-driven hiring metrics and goals. Lead talent planning initiatives, including manpower planning and resource rationalization.

-Strategize and create go-to-market strategies to build talent pipelines and executive tactical research (sourcing from LinkedIn, AngelList, etc.), referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns

-Draft the job descriptions and manage job postings on external job boards.

-Screen resumes and interviews with potential candidates to determine fit (technical and cultural). Work with the executive team to schedule interviews and follow through with candidates on feedback.

-Regularly track pipeline, priorities, and performance data to share with the team.

-Manage new employee onboarding; create and maintain onboarding materials.

- Execute HR initiatives - talent development, employee relations, employee appraisals, organizational development, and other generalist activities.

-Be the engagement point of contact for all requests regarding workplace support.

-Plan and organize team-building events and assist in cultivating a collaborative, friendly, and fun work environment.

-Proactively identify opportunities for efficiency and ways to improve our employer brand and candidate experience.

Background:

-Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field - BTech preferred

-Decent understanding in sourcing, recruiting, and closing exceptional talent (including passive candidates)

-Proficiency with MS Office suite, G-Suite tools, and experience working with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems

-Understanding of a technology startup would be a bonus.

Requirements:

-Highly Driven and Hungry individuals with strong organizational skills with a good eye for talent to quickly screen resumes identifying fit. Self-starter with exceptional persistence to excel in a quickly changing, unstructured environment.

-Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple events, and conflicting priorities.

-Have high levels of personal accountability, sound judgment, and discretion in handling confidential information and situations.

-Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills - conveying clear and impactful messages through various channels across levels and building strong, productive relationships.

-Comfortable with numbers and drawing insights from analytics to make our processes smarter and more efficient. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding exceptions in results-measured environment.

Note: You will be required to operate in the US time zone which is - 3:00 PM IST to 1:00 AM IST from Pune Location
