A prominent global investment management firm specializing in hedge funds, private equity, and quantitative strategies, with its headquarters in New York City, company has expanded its global presence with offices in major financial centers, including London, Hong Kong, Kansas City, Silicon Valley , Hyderabad , Bangalore ,Gurugram is currently seeking an accomplished candidate to join their innovative Talent Acquisition team based in Gurgaon or Hyderabad, India

Experience - 2 to 5 yrs

You will play a pivotal role in designing, executing, and refining recruitment strategies for finance and enabling groups across business units. This dynamic and high-visibility position offers multiple opportunities to collaborate closely with various businesses within the firm.

Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end hiring requirements, including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

- Build collaborative relationships and partner with hiring managers.

- Drive and enhance recruitment programs for global operations while streamlining existing processes.

- Obtain and maintain documentation and data to support operational efficiency and compliance requirements.

- Utilize non-traditional forms of recruitment, branding, and marketing to attract top talent.

- Champion best recruitment practices within the team.

- Stay updated on external marketplace and industry trends in the Talent Acquisition space.

Qualifications:

- MBA from a top-tier business school.

- 1-3 years of lateral/market recruitment experience.

- Solid understanding of the lateral/market recruitment process, including sourcing across different platforms.

- Experience working with senior stakeholders.

- Ability to perform market intelligence and competitor analysis.

- Capacity to adapt to a highly evolved and flexible work culture.

- Proven track record of proficient problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
