The client is a Luxury FMCG Brand.
The invidual will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our client's retail operations. They will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet the staffing needs of our retail teams.
The primary focus will be on sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates who possess the skills, experience, and cultural fit necessary to drive our business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner with hiring managers and HR team to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans accordingly.
2. Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
3. Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
5. Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
6. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
7. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and retail hiring.
9. Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve recruitment processes and procedures.
10. Assist with other HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.
