Job Description:
- We are looking for a Recruiter with a Successful track record as a Technical Recruiter in a Staffing Industry.
Primary Skills: Sourcing, Screening, Contract Staffing, Permanent Staffing
- Experience in Domestic IT Recruitment should be willing to work across technologies and across levels.
- Managing full-lifecycle of recruitment (full-time/permanent) and hiring processes, sourcing (direct, indirect), per-screening, interviewing, reference checking, offer negotiations and hiring documentation.
- Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
- A creative, forward thinker should be alert and receptive.
- Manage the full cycle recruitment and talent pipeline process for the business needs.
- Proven experience in Multiple clients handling and interaction with them from sourcing to closing, as a single point of contact.
- Should have worked as an individual contributor.
- Experienced working with direct clients.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to find common ground in negotiation
- Expert use of various internet job boards, social networking sites, blogs, etc.
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision in a fast paced agency environment
- Have a knack for learning and staying up-to-date with new technologies
- Able to creatively and convincingly generate candidate interest in our customer requirements
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
