Responsibilities:
- Recruitment in non-technical as well as technical background
- Recruitment for core operations Roles varying from executive/associate levels
- Streamline and enhance HR processes for efficiency and compliance.
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee record management.
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, understanding their objectives and aligning HR strategies accordingly.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet current and future organizational needs.
- Foster a positive work culture by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Facilitate career development and succession planning.
- Regularly update and communicate HR policies.
- Establish and monitor HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and insights to leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in HR.
- Experience in Recruitment Internships, Placements coordinators,
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
