We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our mid-level to leadership hiring efforts for our GCC-based clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment landscape in the GCC region and possess exceptional skills in sourcing, evaluating, and acquiring top talent.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a proactive approach to talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract mid-level to senior leadership talent for GCC-based clients.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and partnerships with industry organizations, to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand talent availability and trends within the GCC region.
Candidate Evaluation and Selection:
- Screen and evaluate candidate resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to determine candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, preparing interview questions, and facilitating feedback sessions.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs, business objectives, and company culture.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the progress of recruitment efforts.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations on talent acquisition strategies and market trends.
Employer Branding and Candidate Experience:
- Enhance the employer brand by promoting the company's values, culture, and opportunities to potential candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
Recruitment Process Management:
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations in the GCC region.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully filling positions in the GCC region.
- Strong understanding of the GCC labor market, employment laws, and cultural nuances.
- Excellent sourcing and networking skills.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
Preferred Skills:-
- Experience in a recruitment agency or consulting firm.
- Knowledge of specific industries prevalent in the GCC region, such as oil and gas, finance, construction, and technology
