Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from identifying and attracting qualified candidates to onboarding new hires.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through various sourcing channels, including social media platforms, job boards, and professional networks.
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the position.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between qualified candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, provide regular progress updates, and ensure a positive client experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field and MBA preferred.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
- Proficiency in various sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting and job board utilization.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritize deadlines, and work independently.
