Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:
- Identify and attract top IT talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer acceptance and onboarding.
Client & Hiring Manager Collaboration:
- Partner with clients and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and company culture.
- Provide expert advice on market trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and candidates to ensure a positive experience for both parties.
Industry & Market Knowledge:
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT recruitment.
- Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals and industry contacts.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role, with a strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A proactive, results-oriented approach with a passion for finding and placing top IT talent.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment
