- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert to optimize Workday Recruiting/Talent & Performance modules. Preferred if experienced with Adv. Compensation system design and configuration and processes.
- Should be partner with various Functional leads and teams to optimize, design and configure the Workday Recruiting system and other streams.
- Support day-to-day Business as Usual items. Prepare and maintain Workday user documentation. Server as a first line participate in analysis and deployment of semi-annual workday releases.
- Responsible for regular analysis of new feature's in their area of responsibility.
- Work in a global environment and prioritizing urgent requirements. Desired Skills and Experience Depth of knowledge in Workday's core architecture including contribute to the future roadmap and design of the Workday application service.
