Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and approaching potential strategic partners to explore collaboration opportunities

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in strategic partnership development or a similar role
- Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing partnership deals
- Strong understanding of business and financial principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to think strategically and identify partnership opportunities
- Experience in project management and leading cross-functional initiatives
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of relevant industry trends and competitive landscape
- Results-driven, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes
- Adaptable and resilient with a positive, proactive attitude
- Detail-oriented and organized in managing partnership activities
Note:
- 3+ years of experience selling to large enterprises involving complex solution sales
- Exceptional communication + presentation skills and very high level of energy, integrity and perseverance
- Prior experience in a fast-paced B2B startup environment is preferred
Education: MBA from Tier 2/3 B school or Engineering from premier institute
