- Expertise in textiles, SoftHome, or Hard Goods sourcing/merchandising

- Strong market knowledge and competitor analysis skills

- Advanced technical knowledge of product categories, costing, and pricing

- Experience with U.S./European retailers and compliance regulations

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities

- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant tools

- Ability to lead teams, drive meetings, and deliver presentations
