Job Specifications:

- Min. 3 years of experience in sales/pre-sales, 2 years in cloud sales.

- Candidates possessing knowledge in HCM solutions would be preferred.

- Any graduates but candidates with Engineering and BCA background are preferable.

Key Responsibilities :

You will be the go-to person for the sales team in building a value proposition to the customer based on the knowledge of customer requirements.

Understand each customer's unique needs by researching publicly available information and by leveraging the existing relationship to propose a solution which caters to the customer's needs.

Develop competitive strategies for the sales team by constantly analyzing competition.

Empower sales team by demonstrating product capabilities and by constantly developing case-studies/collaterals.

Leverage all relevant stakeholders to build the correct value proposition for the customer.

Be the "voice-of-the-customer" listen/understand the customer's requirements and provide the best possible solution to address their needs.
