Specialist - Social Media


Responsibilities:

- Manage the entire client lifecycle, from initial contact through empanelment to renewal agreements.

- Maintain accurate data and documentation of client agreements, commercials, and renewals.

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth objectives, collaborating with senior team members.

- Manage our social media presence, particularly on LinkedIn, by creating and posting engaging content (including flyers) and monitoring and responding to social media interactions.

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, and potential partnerships.

- Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop effective strategies for attracting candidates and closing open positions.

- Prepare proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements.

- Conduct email marketing campaigns to promote services, build brand awareness, and generate leads.

- Understand client needs and respond promptly and effectively.

- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients through effective networking.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and the competitive landscape through ongoing market research.

- Prepare regular reports and forecasts to track and analyze business development activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

- 1-3 years of experience in business development or a related field.

- Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices.

- Experience creating engaging social media content, including graphics and videos (a plus).

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

- Proficiency in email marketing tools and CRM software (a plus).

- Ability to research, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
