Internal Communications Specialist / Sr Specialist for HR
Role Description:
- The incumbent will actively support the Change Management agenda by deploying Communication as a Strategic lever.
- Understand the philosophy behind HR processes/practices and effectively use existing and new channels of communication for maximum impact.
- Role requires technical competence (in terms of platform/design skills) as well as excellent written and verbal communication skillsets.
- Will be an internal Centre of Excellence for HR Communications and be responsible for conventional communication (Press Release, Organizational Announcement, Internal/External Writeups, HR Process Awareness Campaigns, Social Content)
- Will be using alternate methods of communication (Videos, cloud based platforms) to drive the Communication Agenda.
- Ensure brand compliance and adherence to Group Branding guidelines
- Proven expertise in design (in terms of design of advertising material/collaterals) and specifically web-design (For creation for Portals/ platforms)
- Creating posters, snippets, and responsible for web page develpoment
- Create campaigns, designs, blogs, applications
- Outstanding written and verbal communication and good at vocabulary
- Proven expertise in driving change through targeted Communication Campaigns
- Proficient in campaign conceptualising, design as well as delivery
- Trained on design tools like Corel Draw, Photoshop with a nature flair for leveraging new mediums of communication (Videos, applications etc)
- Strong Learning Orientation and ability to execute
- Adoption on deployed HR interventions
- Viewership for published articles/ Press Releases
- Should have an advertising bent of mind
MBA in Journalism / Mass Communication from reputed institutes with 5 - 10 yrs of experience in Internal HR communications from Advertising firms /ITeS/KPO/BPO/Shared Services/Captive Outfit Sector
Comp will be in the range of 12 - 18 lakhs
