Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct exploratory data analysis and extract actionable insights to drive decisions for HR domain.

- Deliver projects independently while contributing to team growth and collaboration.

- Develop and maintain advanced Excel models to support data-driven strategies.

- Design and implement data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI or similar tools to enhance stakeholder understanding.

- Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders across various organizational levels, ensuring alignment and effective communication.

- Collaborate with diverse teams, adapting flexibly to changing project needs and priorities.

Basic Qualifications:

- 2-4 years of experience in the Data Analytics field, with a strong focus on exploratory data analysis.

- 2-3 years of advanced Excel experience.

- Proficiency in SQL and a solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, preferably in Microsoft SQL Server.

- Hands-on experience with Python, including libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn for data analysis.

- Demonstrated experience in dashboard development using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar visualization tools.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in HR analytics is a plus.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- A graduate or postgraduate degree with 3-4 years of robust experience in HR Analytics.

- High proficiency in Python, SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau/QlikView).

- Familiarity with GitHub/BitBucket and end-to-end project management is advantageous.
