Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Plant Maintenance Specialist to join our team for SAP implementation in our manufacturing company. The role will require working with external consultants to ensure successful implementation of the Plant Maintenance module of SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external consultants to design and implement the Plant Maintenance module in SAP and help document the AS IS and work on developing TO BE.

- Identify and document business requirements for the Plant Maintenance module and ensure they are aligned with overall business objectives.

- Configure, test and validate the Plant Maintenance module to ensure it meets business requirements.

- Develop training materials and provide training to end-users to ensure they can effectively use the Plant Maintenance module.

- Support end-users in resolving issues related to the Plant Maintenance module after implementation.

- Participate in system testing, data migration, and user acceptance testing activities.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to the Plant Maintenance module.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.

- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience preferably in Manufacturing/Process/Agri Commodities/FMCG/Pharma Industry

- Prefer people with Telugu speaking skills

- Strong knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance module and related processes.

- Experience working with external consultants in implementing SAP.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
