Accountabilities Activities:
- Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and implement solutions.
- Participate in HR system enhancements, upgrades, and implementations, providing expertise in master data management. Responsible for entire HR Data Management across all the legal entities
Quality and Accuracy:
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in SAP HR systems through regular audits and quality checks.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and implement solutions.
- Able to create and maintain documentation related to SAP HR master data processes and procedures.
- Stay updated on SAP HR module advancements and best practices, implementing improvements where applicable.
- Run the Data Quality program to ensure that data is maintained with 100% Accuracy.
Audit Response:
- Develop and maintain data standards, guidelines, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance Provide inputs and data to Auditors promptly.
- Coordinate with Auditors to clear their queries.
