Specialist - SAP HR/Cloud Data Management

Job Purpose:

SAP HR / Cloud Based Master Data Management Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing data within SAP systems. This role involves ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data, integrating data from various sources, cleaning and validating data, generating reports and insights, customizing SAP configurations for data management, troubleshooting data-related issues, and providing support and training to users.

Manage Database in SAP:

- Responsible to manage and maintain SAP/Cloud based HR master data including personnel records, organizational data and other relevant data.

- Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and implement solutions.

- Participate in HR system enhancements, upgrades, and implementations, providing expertise in master data management. Responsible for entire HR Data Management across all the legal entities

Quality and Accuracy:

- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in SAP HR systems through regular audits and quality checks.

- Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and implement solutions.

- Able to create and maintain documentation related to SAP HR master data processes and procedures.

- Stay updated on SAP HR module advancements and best practices, implementing improvements where applicable.

- Run the Data Quality program to ensure that data is maintained with 100% Accuracy.

Audit Response:

- Develop and maintain data standards, guidelines, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance Provide inputs and data to Auditors promptly.

- Coordinate with Auditors to clear their queries.

Key Challenges:

- Employee master data and organizational data require validation and further improvement to enhance quality of data.

- There are many gaps in Employee Master data which can be bridge through proper attention.
