Roles and Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, and manage SAP CRM systems to support business processes and customer relationship management
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Customize and enhance SAP CRM modules to meet business needs, including Sales, Service, Marketing, and Interaction Center
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and provide technical support to ensure smooth operations
- Develop and deliver training sessions to end-users on SAP CRM functionalities and best practices
- Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring data integrity and security
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP CRM with other enterprise systems
- Stay updated with the latest SAP CRM trends, features, and updates to provide recommendations for system improvements
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for all customizations, configurations, and processes
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance, including system upgrades and patches
Desired Skills and Experience :
- Proven experience (3 to 5 years) in SAP CRM implementation, configuration, and support
- Strong understanding of SAP CRM modules, including Sales, Service, Marketing, and Interaction Center
- Proficiency in SAP CRM customization and enhancement techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with business stakeholders and team members
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations
- Experience with integration of SAP CRM with other enterprise systems is a plus
