- We are seeking a proactive Travel Sales Specialist to join our sales team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers, promoting travel packages, and managing the entire sales process.
Role Description :
Outbound Calls :
- Promote and sell travel packages through outbound calls to individuals and businesses.
Lead Generation :
- Identify and qualify leads from various sources, including online inquiries and referrals.
Customer Interaction :
- Understand customer travel needs and provide tailored recommendations.
Sales Management :
- Follow up on leads, manage the sales process, and ensure booking confirmations.
CRM Management :
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Target Achievement :
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Product Knowledge :
- Stay informed about travel trends and products to communicate benefits effectively.
Customer Service :
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure satisfaction.
Reporting :
- Submit regular sales performance reports to the Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities :
Customer Service :
- Provide personalized assistance to customers in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, tours, and activities.
Sales :
- Actively promote and sell travel packages, destinations, and services to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets.
Product Knowledge :
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations, trends, and industry best practices.
Reservations :
- Process reservations for flights, hotels, and other travel components, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Customer Relationship Management :
- Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and follow-up.
Problem-Solving :
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
-Drive sales of domestic travel packages, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Design and tailor itineraries, vacation packages, and handle the costing and booking of hotels.
- Foster existing relationships with clients and develop new connections to expand the customer base.
- Monitor competitors' activities and collect data to stay ahead in the market.
Qualifications :
- Enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of destinations, suppliers, and hotels.
- Proficient in client handling, itinerary creation, and costing, with a focus on selling travel packages.
- Highly sales-oriented mindset, driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
