Key Skills Required

Should have conducted trainings on

- The basic knowledge of Products and Processes

- Teaching sales officers on how to strengthen market presence

- Distribution line and managing stakeholders

- Market analytics, reading trends, tracking competition

- Calculating ROI

- Different selling and marketing techniques, etc.

Other Responsibilities

- Lead, nurture, train, and motivate sales force for ensuring organizational targets.

- Conducting OJT and Classroom training & coaching to sales teams across industries to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.

- Observe sales encounters at client's side and determine the training needs for individuals and/or sales teams.

- Develop sales performance policies for clients preferably in FMCG sector and assist methods for evaluating performance in a far fashion as also develop individualized training plans for underperformers.

- Generate report on training program effectiveness.

- Identifies key sales effectiveness opportunities for improvement and ensures sharing of best practices.

- Develop training material, suggest improvements and design quality sales training programs within budget limitations.

- Stay updated with current market trends and the changing demands of the corporate sales environment.

Requirements

- Work experience as a FMCG Trainer, Sales Trainer or similar role is mandatory

- Ability to adapt the training to the participants knowledge level.

- Powerhouse of energy with excellent coaching skills

- Ability to perform multiple tasks and adjust quickly in short timeframes with limited direct supervision

- Very self-motivated and having strong interpersonal skills

- Strong communication, organizational, motivational and time management skills
