Position Overview:

The Specialist Sales Recruiter is part of a team Provide proactive recruitment leadership and support to our Sales Organization in the India.

- Act as "Relationship Manager" and provide hands-on full-cycle recruiting for internal client groups from entry-level up to executive-level positions within the Sales division. The recruiter will lead the recruiting process from receipt of approved requisition to accepted offer and be accountable for meeting established recruiting performance targets.

- The lead recruiter, working with the Human Resources Business Partner and hiring manager, is responsible for developing proactive recruiting strategies and creating and maintaining candidate pipelines as needed.

Major Responsibilities:

- Sourcing of potential candidates for Sales roles in BFSI, ERP Sales background.

- Knowledge and experience working with Field Sales Leaders.

- Upon receipt of an approved requisition to hire, conducts a consultative intake session with the hiring manager to set expectations and timelines for the recruiting process, create desired candidate profile, develop sourcing strategy and follow the establish communication protocol with the hiring manager

- Proactively sourcing resumes for positions which repetitive in nature

- Provide solutions for managing complex situations with stakeholders (Business & HR) and influence them in hiring decisions.

- Coordinates pre-employment travel, relocation, reporting dates and employment processing.

- Conducts employee referral campaign, Social Media campaigns and programs.

- Timely and accurate reporting - Dashboards, Ongoing and Adhoc reports.

- Use a variety of standard and specialized sourcing techniques as needed to obtain an acceptable pool of well-qualified candidates.

- Utilize behavioral interviews and validated assessment tools as needed to screen qualified candidates for a final slate to present to the hiring manager.

- Consult with the hiring manager in making the final candidate selection for an offer.

- Extend and negotiate the offer package.

- Enter all applicant flow and recruiting information in the Recruiting System and provide new hire information to the appropriate HR Administrative processing contacts in a timely, accurate and complete manner.

- Work with other members of the Talent Acquisition Group on corporate wide recruitment projects and initiatives

Qualifications:

- Graduate or Post Graduate in Human Resource, Psychology or Social Work.

Experience & Skillsets:

- 6 years of recruiting experience required with 3 years sales recruiting experience in BFSI segment & 2-3 years of Tech/Non-tech recruiting experience.

- Experience recruiting Sales and account management professionals preferred. Having a track record of success in a high volume fast paced corporate environment. Prior experience working in global information, financial services, or Technology Company is highly desirable.

- Demonstrated expertise in using Multiple sourcing channels which includes corporate websites, general job boards, Social media, professional associations, agencies, college postings and alumni organizations, open houses, employee referrals to build candidate pipelines that generate sufficient quantity and quality of candidates to meet business requirements in a cost effective manner.

- Strong communication skills (written and oral).

- Must be a self-starter, strong team player; and possess strong organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to use technology effectively and efficiently to manage workload. Working knowledge of automated recruiting systems required; Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and ability to create documents, reports and briefing materials in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

- Experience in hiring through Social Media

- Ability to work under pressure
