We move fast (but thoughtfully), and are looking for a first India Sales joiner who would not only bring Kalido to as many organizations as possible but also shape the sales processes and contribute to building a world class Sales Team.

Non - Negotiables

- Proven Track Record of SaaS Sales or HR Tech or Product Sales : Experienced in end-to-end Global B2B Sales. A typical range of annual contract value from $15000 to $100000 would be ideal and that to with a mix of enterprise and mid-market sales experience. Generating and Nurturing leads through network effect and otherwise. Willing to sell and span across geographies and sectors. Partner with co-founders to identify new markets on a continuous basis and also Work with cross-functional teams to effectively activate new clients and manage their initial onboarding requirements. Demonstrate end to end sales process, including market research, proactively identify and reach out to prospective clients and build the Kalido sales pipeline, negotiate contracts and pricing, working with the Head of Marketing and Growth and co-founders on larger deals. Intital end to end all round relationship management till the time the customer is fully onboarded and operational with the product and is using the product to its full potential.

- Customer Engagement : Pre and Post Sales > Operational support towards implementation and Onboarding. Able to take on technical questions confidently around things like GDPR and other compliances and integrations. Engagement with CHROs is a constant. Should have experience with HR tools or Sales of HR Tools. Building a database of names and designations of decision makers in the client base. Expertly host online and in person webinars/demonstrations of the Kalido product. Devise, build and manage the end-to-end sales process that ensures buy-in from key decision makers, often VP & C-level. Represent the voice of the customer and influence product development roadmap. Navigate client organizations to uncover additional product applications & opportunities for partnership. Communicate, activate, and demonstrate new features to existing clients as and when they drop in the product. Report back to all areas of the business on successes, challenges and opportunities experienced within sales and client activations

- Team Specifics : Experienced in setting up Sales functions from the ground up, including processes and tools. Partner with the Marketing team to produce new and improve existing sales and onboarding materials and also partner with cross functional teams to enable a smooth onboarding. With time, ideate, plan for, and recruit a wider Sales and Customer Activation team. Collaborate the Client Support Manager and Senior Copywriter to improve post sale support communications and information.

- Self : Self starter, Outcome and data driven individual with a proven track record of sourcing own sales leads, meeting sales targets, and delivering high client satisfaction. Excellent communicator that is willing to learn from other teams in order to explain complex product related concepts (from privacy to technology to UX/UI and beyond) to both technical and non-technical audiences. Collaborator with a track record of establishing great relationships with clients and stakeholders, including C-level executives. Detail-oriented with a confident, energetic and passionate approach to presenting. Comfortable with presenting to large, diverse and often senior audiences. Good listener, that takes constructive feedback and implements this actively within their role. Able to work solo and be hands on till a team gets built.
