This role will be involved in key HR initiatives on Rewards, C&B, HR Process.
Reports to: Head - C&B, HR Ops and Payroll.
Requirement - Relevant experience (min 3 years and max 5 years) only from Manufacturing Industry.
Rewards:
- Compensation banding, design and governance
- Compensation structure harmonization across different businesses and functions
- STIP, LTIP design and implementation
HR Policies and Processes:
- HR Policy revisions - streamlining and benchmarking policy launch/revisions
- HR process gap analysis, diagnostics and improvement
- HR process simplification and automation
Other Initiatives:
- HR tech interventions - process design and integrations
- Manpower planning and budgeting for entire organization
- Active support in Performance Management Process
