Job Description:

This position is a full-time role that provides cover and additional support to different practice areas as needs arise in the business. If there are times when no additional practice support is needed, the role may also provide help to busy practices that are fully staffed or to the program, product or operations teams in KPO.

Responsibilities & Duties

Captures case-related information from client development and case team efforts into global intranet platform. This includes the capture and processing of case summaries, proposals, case examples, capability and product insights, tools and templates, as well as the meta-tagging of case information to facilitate user searching

Contacts client case teams and practice affiliates to understand work and solicit best content to fill ongoing practice content needs

Coordinates with other Manager's to identify cross practice content priorities and works as part of a team to capture and codify materials

Contributes to periodic product updates: identifying priority cases, executing research and analysis, codifying case examples and packaging insights

Helps create and package content and insights in a manner consistent with professional standards guidelines

Helps identify leading experts & develop credentials materials on key topics within the practice area

Conducts external market research to identify key trends, issues and players as relevant to the product portfolio

- Supports the Practice Area Manager and works as a member of the global and regional practice teams to assist with Practice growth and development.

Help with basic selling and serving efforts: forwarding posted materials promptly, tailoring credentials lists for specific proposals, directing to expert's / reference case teams, Information Services department (or known external sources)

Contributes to periodic product, service and trend updates: identifying best team experience, executing basic research and analysis, codifying and packaging insights

Supports Practice operations (including quality control of Associate's output): compiling newsletters, updating distribution lists and tracking experts, reporting revenue, tracking and analysis of pipeline and bake-off, crafting meeting agendas, affiliate call support, and helping with annual planning process

- Works both independently or in a team according to Operating Principles, for example

Contributes as a member of a larger team (e.g., participates in Product, Practice & group projects, training, experience sharing, mentoring and other initiatives, etc.)

Regularly communicates issues and progress to Practice Manager(s)

Demonstrates flexibility with the changing demands of industry, the Leadership team, commercial demand for varying products

Liaises with others as necessary, including members of the global services departments

Qualifications:

- BE/B.Tech from Tier 1 institute or equivalent undergraduate degree required with strong academic credentials

- 6+ years- experience (4+ years with relevant post graduate professional qualification e.g. MBA/PGDM Tier 1 in a professional services firm environment with exposure to one or more of the following functional disciplines: KPO, Consulting, Strategic Planning, Research, Analytics

- Attentive to detail and extremely organized

- Exceptional multi-tasker

- Intellectual curiosity and thirst for learning

- Results focused

- Ability to self-motivate and work semi-autonomously

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, English language skills required

- Strong presentation skills - ability to communicate with senior business executives

- Strong problem solving and analytical abilities

- Superior customer service attitude and ability to contribute on a team

- Strong proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Power Point, and Word
