Recruitment Specialist
- A role that will be imperative in shaping and supporting the next phase of growth at the institution and for the HR function as a whole.
- The role holder must be passionate about applying behavioural insights and bring about innovation and excellence to the recruitment function.
- S/he must be a strategic planner and "own" the recruitment function in an end-to-end manner to successfully hire and integrate world-class talent.
- Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of the hiring process - including manpower budgeting, headcount planning, finalising TORs, requisition process, interview stages, compensation fitment and closure of offers; Drive process efficiency with outcomes.
- Evaluate social media and professional networking platforms that are aligned to the organisation's talent requirements.
- Drive the campus connect initiative at a strategic level - choice of campuses, mode of engagement, percentage of hires from campus, etc.
- Collaborate with different stakeholders to hire for their teams and ensure a smooth experience for both the organisational stakeholders as well the candidates.
- Be the lead point of contact for recruitment for the LG (Leadership Group); Provide periodic
updates and insights- Candidates who are working in Development Sector.
