As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, specializing in technical recruitment and power system industries. Your primary focus will be identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the company's growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in stakeholder management and a proven track record in successful recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process, from job requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for all stakeholders involved.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Identify and attract qualified candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry events.
- Conduct initial screening and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring a high-quality candidate pool for hiring managers to consider.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing timely feedback and updates to candidates and stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough reference checks and background verifications for selected candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Develop and nurture relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors, as needed.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new sourcing techniques to continuously improve the recruitment process.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by delivering clear communication, timely updates, and constructive feedback.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 8-10 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in the technical recruitment and power system industries.
- Proven track record of successfully filling positions with qualified candidates within specified timelines.
- Strong understanding of stakeholder management and ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and interview techniques.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
