As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for

- Building and managing a portfolio of clients within the banking sector.

- Partnering with senior decision makers within these organizations in determining and anticipating their human capital requirements.

- Building and maintaining a strong network of job seekers in your specialization in order to ultimately drive the hiring process to benefit both the client and candidate.

- Driving and Influencing senior leadership within your client base on over all recruitment processes

- Gathering market information and analyzing hiring trends in the industry

The Successful Applicant

- You are a qualified CA or have an MBA in Finance from a reputed institution; you have 3 – 5 years of experience working in a Big 4 or Investment Banking operations firms working on projects in the area of Financial Audit or Banking operations. You have a track record of success in your career and the ability to drive and influence people at various levels in an organization. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are vital for this role. You are proactive, ambitious, and entrepreneurial and thrive in a meritocratic environment.
