We are looking for consultants with similar operational expertise in the BFSI arena as well as those with exposure to client facing front office roles. Current opportunities are available within our rapidly expanding Finance, Banking & Financial Services team in Gurgaon.

Job Description - As a consultant, you will be responsible for multiple facets of recruitment consulting:

Business development & end to end client management Originate and develop new client relationships within your respective sector

Directly liaise with senior decision makers within these organizations in determining and anticipating their human capital requirements.

Candidate Management Build and maintain a strong network of job seekers in your specialization Interview and evaluate potential candidates to successfully represent them to clients.

Recruitment Support Drive & manage the recruitment process to benefit both the client and candidate. Manage negotiation towards offer management and provide post placement support.

The Successful Candidate - You are a CA / Tier 1 MBA with 2 - 5 years operational experience within wealth management, finance or financial services and have demonstrated a strong flair for client facing roles. You have a strong track record of success in your career and an ability to influence and effectively communicate at every level of an organization. You should be able to highlight practical examples of proactive behavior, ambition and thrive in a meritocratic and entrepreneurial environment.
