We are hiring a Recruitment Specialist for our client who will take full ownership of acquiring the right experts to engage with our Enterprise Clients.

Your role involves:

- Understanding the client's requirements and expected deliverables.

- Identifying key skills needed for sourcing and screening the right experts.

- Possessing strong experience in Technical Sourcing, Screening, cost negotiation, and excellent communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Prepare the most effective sourcing approach and plan based on final requirements (sourcing platforms, acquisition pitch, acquisition funnel, etc.

- Drive sourcing efforts ensuring the right quality of candidates within committed timelines.

- Communicate role specifications and terms to candidates clearly and transparently.

- Negotiate with candidates and address their queries and concerns effectively.

- Proactively communicate any specific requests or modifications by candidates to the Engagement Manager.

- Ensure clear progress tracking, transparency, and coordination within the Expert team.

- Conduct phone screenings to verify candidates meet technical qualifications.

- Evaluate candidates' technical skills, knowledge, and abilities per job descriptions.

- Provide constructive feedback and maintain detailed records of technical evaluations.

- Generate regular reports on sourcing activities and relevant data points.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in technical screening.

- Continuously refine and optimize the technical sourcing process for better efficiency and candidate experience.

Desired Skills:

- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to perform under pressure.

- 3-4 years of experience in technical sourcing, talent acquisition, or a similar role in the tech industry.

- Proficient in various technical domains, programming languages, frameworks, tools, and technologies.

- Knowledge of organizational structures and hiring platforms.

- High attention to detail and diligence in maintaining organized data and information.

- Collaborative and easy-going approach with teammates.

- Degree/university is not a barrier if the candidate possesses drive, intellect, and diligence.
