Reconciliation Specialist

- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of reconciliation experience within the finance department.

- Proven experience in interacting with other accountants as part of dispute resolution processes.

- Preferred experience with popular ERPs like Tally, SAP, or similar systems.

- Experience working in the finance department of a mid-size enterprise or experience with CA audit firms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct meticulous vendor to vendor reconciliation using our tool to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.

- Collaborate effectively with other accountants to resolve disputes and discrepancies within financial records.

- Knowledge of ERP systems such as Tally, SAP, or similar platforms to streamline and enhance reconciliation processes.

- Maintain clear and effective communication with team members regarding reconciliation status and findings.

- Deliver the reconciled outputs in a time-bound manner.

- Apply logical reasoning and analytical skills to identify and address reconciliation issues promptly.

- Continuously improve reconciliation processes and recommend enhancements to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
