The position will join the marketing analytics environment.
Supporting the marketing organization in profiling the customer base, understanding customer needs, identifying crucial gaps in expectations vs. delivery, improving targeting, maximizing return on investment, and optimizing marketing campaigns.
The major functional focus of this position will be leveraging database analytics and other data sources to provide rich business insights.
The role will involve close interactions with senior onshore partners as well as local internal teams (for those projects which necessitate collaboration).
Candidate Description
- Strong analytical skills, ability to draw out insights, answer the - so-what- & - what-if- and propose actionable recommendations
- Effective presentation and story boarding skills with exposure to executive level presentations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A - persuasive, influencing- communication style would be a plus.
- Exposure to data in an warehouse environment
- Experience in mining data using SAS/R/SQL
- Experience in unstructured data analytics would be a plus
- Experience in managing partner relationships and overall program management

Education and Experience
