Position : Pre-Sales Specialist

Job Description :

As a Pre-Sales Specialist with 3+ years of experience, you will play a critical role in our sales process by providing valuable insights and support to our sales team and potential customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Solution Expertise:

- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services.

- Act as a subject matter expert to educate and inform potential clients about our offerings.

2. Customer Engagement:

- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and pain points.

- Deliver engaging and informative presentations or demonstrations to showcase our solutions.

- Provide timely and relevant responses to customer inquiries.

3. Sales Support:

- Collaborate with the sales team to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs of clients.

- Demo and System presentation.

- Prepare and deliver product/service proposals and quotes.

- Assist in the development of sales strategies and pricing models.

4. Technical Knowledge:

- Stay up to date with industry trends and our competitors' offerings.

- Collaborate with the product development team to communicate customer feedback and feature requests.

5. Relationship Building:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

6. Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of interactions and deals in the CRM system.

- Generate reports and analysis to track the effectiveness of pre-sales activities

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- A master's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science).

- 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales or related position.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner.

- Proven ability to work collaboratively with sales and product teams.

- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

- Self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset
