- Perform daily account management on meta platform.
- Complete ownership from driving all paid top-of-funnel, middle-of-funnel and bottom-of-funnel/visitor traffic to monthly customer acquisition MRR goals.
- Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance client goals (Google analytics, etc)
- Identifying and creating a performance marketing strategy & execution plan.
- Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
- Managing budgets and campaigns on Meta to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
- Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid
- Identifying and testing new paid channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics of growth and ROI
- Collaborate with the content marketers, designer to create all assets needed for the campaigns
- Manage end-to-end execution of Facebook media campaigns, including content scheduling, community management, and monitoring campaign performance.
- Optimize campaigns based on insights and data analysis to maximize results.
Requirements :
- 6+ years of experience managing monthly media budgets of over 20 mn INR
- Extensive experience with Facebook Ads & Analytics
- Experience on Google AdWords Search, Shopping, Display and YouTube, and Google Analytics is a plus
- Experience with TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, and connected TV is a plus!
- Comfortable working with e-commerce platforms, preferably Shopify
- Experience working in a direct-to-consumer ecommerce brand, preferably one with international reach and language localization
- Exceptional analytical horsepower and data-driven problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced organization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An innovative, positive, and self-directed attitude
