About the Role:

The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that drive measurable results for the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing analytics and experience in developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies. As a Performance Marketer, you will play a critical role in driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for our company

Job Responsibilities in this role:

- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to increase lead generation and improve conversions

- Optimize ad performance across multiple channels and platforms to meet KPIs and maximize ROI

- Develop and manage digital prospecting, remarketing campaigns, email marketing and marketing automation strategy

- Manage both paid and organic lead generation to increase brand awareness and drive sales

- Identify, ideate, execute and optimize multi-funnel SEM campaigns, PPC campaigns, and campaigns on Google Adwords, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Quora & other channels to drive high-quality lead generation/user acquisition across multiple target audience parameters.

- Experience with A/B testing, CTR and conversion rate optimization

- Execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and improve conversions

- Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and effective ROAS

- Research competitors and their strategies to find the gaps in the industry and set up marketing and advertising goals for the brand accordingly.

- Manage paid listings on third-party websites and media partners. Identify and test new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics

- Ensure top organic search ranking positions (SEO) by collaborating with the SEO team.

- Conduct regular conversion rate optimization audits with a 360-degree multi-channel dashboard view

- Use various analytical tools and manage Google Analytics to track & measure all marketing campaigns

- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance strategies

Qualifications and Requirements:

- At least 5 years of relevant work experience & expertise in Performance Marketing

- An expert in strategizing, executing, and optimizing Paid Ad Campaigns (with a focus on Google Adwords and LinkedIn Campaigns)

- Hands-on experience in analytics, lead generation, organic lead generation, email marketing, and other digital marketing techniques

- Proven track record of success in driving business growth through various marketing channels

- Hands-on experience in Email marketing platforms

- Experience in using CRM tools

- Deep understanding of different lead generation channels and how they function

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- A certificate in Digital Marketing is mandatory

- Degree/ MBA in Marketing or related field.
