We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist with an eCommerce background to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be number-driven, have a strong understanding of CTR (Click-Through Rate) and ROI (Return on Investment), and possess extensive experience in performance marketing..


Key Responsibilities:


- Plan, execute, and optimize paid performance campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) for eCommerce growth..


- Manage and monitor digital ad campaigns, ensuring optimal ad performance, targeting, and audience segmentation..


- Analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPA (Cost per Acquisition), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and ROI to make data-driven decisions..


- Drive continuous improvement and scalability of campaigns to meet business goals..


- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., creatives, product teams) to align on campaign goals and strategies..


- Keep track of campaign performance and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization..


- Maintain a keen understanding of the eCommerce industry, digital marketing trends, and competitor performance strategies..


- Ensure campaigns are set up to achieve measurable results and meet ROI objectives..


Requirements:


- 4-7 years of experience in Performance Marketing, specifically in eCommerce.


- Strong understanding of key performance indicators like CTR, ROI, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates..


-Ability to design and execute campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes..


- Deep knowledge of performance marketing channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)..


- Data-driven mindset with expertise in analyzing and reporting performance metrics.. Proficient in using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other reporting platforms.. Master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field..
