Education Qualification:-M.B.A (Preferably from reputed 'B' School)
Personal Qualities & Traits:- Excellent communication skills (Oral and verbal).
Excellent working knowledge of MS Office. Ambitious person with good people skills.
Work Experience:- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Performance Management Systems and Learning & Development.
CTC Range:- Depending on the Qualifications and Capabilities of the person selected)
Position Reports to:- HR Head
Key Result Areas:
- Align Individual goals with those of the Organizations. Build Roles and responsibilities, KRA/KPI for each individual cascading the Organization's Vision and mission to Department Goals.
- Design and implement an Annual Performance Appraisal Program matching the Organization's requirements.
- Identify skill gaps amongst employees and teams. Develop and implement training strategies/programs to bridge those gaps.
- Plan, create, and execute HR initiatives on a quarterly basis as per the HR calendar.
- Ensure HR initiatives as per the latest trends in the market and ensure a progressive and healthy work environment.
- Create a wow factor in all the areas of HR managed and ensure every employee is a profit center.
- Positive social media presence of HR and Organization
