Performance Management & Compensation Specialist -NBFC
Job Description:
- Good Experience in Performance Management cum HR Compensation structuring and analysis.
- Good Experience in Performance Management .
- Experience in Compensation Benefit
- Experience in HR Comp
- Partner with third party vendor, Corporate HR Manager and Department Manager on all leaves of absences including
- Short-Term Disability, FMLA, and Worker's Compensation claims. Act as a leader and subject matter expert on company leaves and handle disputes, requests for information and other leave-related matters.
- Resolve benefits issues for the team and partner with LVMH as necessary. Represent the C&B team in handling investigations and/or complaints on employee benefits related matters
- Assist in implementing and administering benefit programs, including medical, dental, disability, life insurance, workers' compensation, employee assistance, retirement and other plans.
- Prepare communications to employees former employees about benefit programs, procedures, changes, and government-mandated disclosures.
- Monitor and ensure the accurate payment to all employee on an approved leave of absence
- Manage the accommodation process in close partnership with the Legal Department
- Implement any and all incentive programs as launched by internal retail business partne
