Specialist - People Development
- Specialist will support Professional development (PD) process for the organisation.
- This role will assume responsibility and provide support for Professional Development and Training, along with other related HR activities assigned or as responsibilities pan out.
Responsibilities :
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES :
- Manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance culture
- Prepare and implement the PD calendar, generate reviews, track review submission, prepare requisite reports, track process, participate in review calibration meetings, effective data maintenance and drive process improvement
- Manage and handle the performance improvement cases
- Organize regular training and awareness session on the PD process
- Centrally manage local and global trainings - liaison with local/ global training team, manage employee data, identifying due trainings and support in Training forecast/ calendar
- Manage and resolve employee grievances and concerns
- Track information, trends and variances with high orientation on zero-defect
- Identify and participate effectively in team initiatives
Qualifications :
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS :
- MBA with 5+ years of relevant experience in HR domain, having worked in consulting organization would be an advantage
- Understanding of HR function, fundamentals and processes
- Proficient in Excel, Power point, with ability to manage MIS, dashboards and reporting
- Effective communication with problem resolving outlook
- Detail orientation, analytical bent of mind, organized, strong team player and customer focus
- Demonstrate openness and flexibility while executing projects
- Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment with great amount of professionalism
