Job Title: Specialist - Paid Performance Marketing
Reporting to: Head Organic Acquisition and Conversion
Department: Marketing
Job Purpose: Responsible for the role managing & developing key initiatives & driving the ROI focused Performance Campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive & Manage all Paid Digital Campaigns (SEM, Search, Display, Social, Affiliates etc.)
- Manage & team's ownership of all CPC, CPL, CPA, CPM traffic and conversion for the group
- Manage budget of more than 20 Crores with the team and ensure quantity and quality and cost-effective consumer acquisition flow along with team
- Setting up Monthly & Quarterly Targets along with the head of performance marketing
- Measure ROI, KPI & Prepare Budget
- Measure performance of Digital Marketing efforts using Google Analytics & other Analytics tools
- Perform Competition Analysis
- Stay up-to-date with new developments in Digital technology
- Work with team for Day to Day Optimization
- Strategize & Plan with team to achieve goals
Educational Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of overall work experience
- At least 2 Years in Digital Marketing
- Minimum 1 Years Hands-on in Google Adwords & Facebook Ad Manager
Technical Skills:
- Hands-on in Google Adwords, Facebook Ad Manager, Bing Ad Center
- Understanding of Google Analytics is a must
- Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint
Behaviour Skills:
- Good understanding of all levers for quality and quantity lead generation
- Good understanding of processes and steps for closure of leads to real conversion
- Good understanding of driving pure e-commerce like performance where direct closure happens online
- Good at handling & negotiating with Affiliate Vendors
